Shiatsu is a type of massage that uses finger and hand pressure to adjust the body's physical structure and its natural inner energies, to help ward off illness and maintain good health. It utilizes the TCM meridians that run throughout the body, balancing the yin and yang and harmonizing our Chi (ki).
